Art Clay Silver is a pure silver powder combined with a non toxic "organic binder", which can be shaped, moulded, stamped and textured and when fired will turn into a 99.9% pure piece of silver.

What is the difference between Sterling Silver and Fine Silver?
Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver with the other 7.5% comprising other alloys e.g. copper, palladium, etc. The alloys make Sterling Silver harder but is also the reason why Sterling Silver tarnishes more easily than Fine Silver. Fine Silver is pure (99.9%) and tarnishes less
Can I add more to a finished piece or repair it?
You can add more Metal Clay to a finished piece and re-fire it
Can I add Findings or Beads and Stones to my piece?
You can add certain types of Findings and Stones to the Metal Clay before it is fired or you can solder on Findings after the piece has been fired.

You can purchase Metal Clay from us via our Shop as well as some of the basic tools needed in order to get started. Also available are some moulds specially designed for use with Metal Clay.
